INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. or Inspire Shoppe means, INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. Shoppe Private Limited.

INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. Products shall mean, all the products and services of INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. Shoppe Private Limited, Including Business Promotion material made available to Independent Distributors.
|
|
The INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. Business Plan means, performance incentive system, sponsoring procedures, guidelines and presentations of INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. products.
|
|
Business Promotion material (BPM) refers to any privately produced material meant for, private circulation either in written or recorded form for promotion of the business of the company as well as the IBD (Independent Business Distributor).
|
|
Independent Business Distributor (IBD) means, a person who is introduced to INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD.and joins as an Independent Business Distributor by submitting the Independent Business Distributor Application form duly filled up and signed.
|
|
Sponsor means, an IBD who introduces to INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD.new IBD's under him by virtue of Inspires acceptance of his / her IBD application.
|
|
Application and Kit : A person who wants to become a Independent Business Distributor of INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. must buy a ‘Day 2 Day/ starter Kit’ from INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. and must file an application for authorization to promote INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. products to others. Authorization shall be sent to INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. by the applicant through authentic communication channels.

ELIGIBILITY FOR BECOMING BA |

Prospective IBD must be at least 18 years of age.
|
|
He / She must not have been suspended from his current profession or society or institutions.
|
|
He / She must not be involved in any illegal activity.
|
Right of Rejection: INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD reserves the right to accept or reject any application to be an IBD without giving any explanation.
|
|
Date of authorization: Date of Application will be treated as the date of authorization and date of joining.
|
|
Cancellation of Business Association: In case any IBD is found to participate in any other company's seminar rallies or meetings or presenting any kind of business promotion material of any other company he / she would be treated as cancelled IBD of Inspire.
|
|
Validity of Identification No. of Independent Business Distributor: Validity of Identification no. of IBD is one year from the date of authorization. INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. shall pay the commission as per the company's policy & business plan, IBD's on the performance of the IBD. After one year, no new IBD identification (ID) no. will be issued on the submission of Renewal Application form by IBD. Along with DD of Rs. 1000/- only in favor of, m/s INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. Shoppe

PRESERVATION OF LINE OF SPONSORSHIP |
|

|
Protection of the line of sponsorship: Sale of ownership of IBD, merging of IBD, transfer of IBD, separation of IBD is at the sole the discretion of Inspire.
|

Merger: Business will not be merged without previous written approval of Inspire.
|
|

|
BUSINESS PROMOTION MATERIALS (BPM) |
|
| |
| INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. will provide business promotion materials like brochure, booklets, CD for presentations. Audio/Video cassettes etc. From time to time. No Independent Business Distributor is authorized to prepare any kind of BPM without the written consent of the company |

|
TERMINATION OF IBD |
|
| |
To avoid misrepresentation of INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. Business Plan, INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. Reserves the right to terminate the authorization of Independent Business Distributors who have violated the rules & regulation of the company. In such cases INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. may do as under:

Non receipt of Product Purchase amount (Joining amount) by the IBD.
|
|
Suspend business association and further sponsoring.
|
|
INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. may take any other actions as may be deemed suitable.
|
Additional Terms
|
|
INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. Business plan is not for making quick or easy money.
|
|
TDS will be deducted from IBD's commission as per the applicable law.
|
|
Force Majure Clauses as may be applicable.
