BINARY   INCOME (1:1+ tail)
 
You (U) buy any one of the products (STARTER KITS) and after using the same, sponsor one on LHS one on RHS, and one tail IBD on whichever side, you can sponsor directly or through your IBD. You (U) are awarded with 700 reward points in a week in the ratio of 1:1 for the pay cycle onwards, from the date of activation.
 
NOTE :
To enjoy binary income = two direct referrals are compulsory
One reward point (RP) = 1 Rupee
Up till 15 Pairs, pair income will be fixed at 700RP/pai
Weekly Ceiling = 60 FW IBD / WEEK
Simulation = 60% per week (on basic cost of starter kit Rs. 3850/-)

INCOME OF DIRECT SPILL (D.S.)
 
After (U) sponsoring two directs of your own A & B you (U) can sponsor direct spill under your tree which will be placed either extreme left "X" or extreme right "Y", then you are rewarded with direct spill income of additional 200 reward points for every Direct Spill.

INCOME THROUGH JOININGS BELOW YOUR "DIRECT SPILL'
 
All IBDs Sponsored directly by your spill IBD (X & Y) you will be allotted 150 reward points. When A & B spills an IBD below X or Y's down lines, the spill income stops.
 
NOTE :   Ceiling on spill income = (Direct Spill Income (D.S.) + Income through Joining              below your "Direct Spill") = Rs. l 6,000/-per week.

REPURCHASE INCOME
 
This Income is generated from the Business achieved by an IBD directly or indirectly Inspire has come out with a unique and innovative way of a system for the first time in India and thereby ensures REPURCHASE Income consistently month after month through repurchase. Repurchase can be done in two ways.
CASH : Cash Purchase will occur whenever you purchase products from Inspire Shoppe for yourself or on behalf of your friends.

VOUCHER PURCHASE : As and when Independent Business Distributor starts earning from the Inspire Shoppe concept, he will be issued a product voucher worth 20% or Rs. 10,000/- max. Per payout, whichever is less. Repurchase has to be made out of the available products.

BUSINESS VALUE (BV)
 
Each IBD is allotted 200 BV points along with the activation itself
For each product offered by INSPIRE, a business value (BV) is declared with the product MRP. The IBD will earn his income on the basic of BV of the products sold.
LEVELS : LEVEL is a particular name slab based on your total Business value (BV) you achieve in a particular period.

CASH BACK DISCOUNT
 
On every purchase from Inspire... Shoppe our IBD will be allotted a discount of 8% on MRP of each product. This will be reimbursed in next payout.
 
DIRECT PURCHASE INCOME : You earn Direct Purchase Income @ 5% to @ 35% of the business value (BV) achieved by you as per the Level you qualify.
INDIRECT SPONSOR INCOME : (Accumulated Differential Income Plan) Income from TOTAL BUSINESS VOLUME OF YOUR BOTH LEGS, "A" AND "B" Depending on the total business turnover of your DOWNLINE, you will achieve a certain 'LEVEL' (as per level chart).
INCOME TROUGH BALANCED BVs : Whenever the "A" and "B" leg is balanced BVs, you will be benefited additional reward points (as per chart). Further if any body is able to make his spill and if the spill IBD is also maintained at 15% BV level, you are entitled for another 1/2% royalty of all India BV pool of that week equally divided among all similar achievers, it will continue up to 8 spill directs apart from "A" and "B" legs, similarly this benefit is given for all five levels stated in below chart.

LEADERSHIP BONUS INCOME : Suppose, you and any of your directly Sponsored INDEPENDENT BUSINESS DISTRIBUTOR, is in the same LEVEL, then you can earn 1% Leadership Bonus Income on the Direct Business achieved by you sponsored IBDs. If at equal level more than two or up to Five IBD's are there than, 2% of the lowest level IBD will be divided equally in the Five up lines.
ACCUMULATIVE BUSINESS BENEFITS : Month after month, your Tree’s of Business value & INDEPENDENT BUSINESS DISTRIBUTOR increase; in "INSPIRE" you get a unique opportunity to upgrade you LEVEL. Your LEVEL is decided as per the total Business Value achieved by you and your TREE month after month, where your each month's Business volume is added up to your previous months’ business volume Hence, you have the easiest way to achieve the top Levels.
INCOME THROUGH YOUR SPILL IBD's (Difference between Levels) : Your direct spill IBD's are considered as your Direct Legs for repurchase benefits, and you are entitled for additional 0.5% of his Cumulative BV achieved by other's Direct Spill IBD. in that particular period.
CONTINUITY BENEFIT (In other words, cumulative year after year) : After 12 months of enrollment as an IBD with Inspire, If you wish to continue as Inspire IBD, then your previous level carried forward for next year. Hence, you already began your New Year with a Bang! Moreover, all your downlines remain with you only as there is AUTO RENEWAL FEES required.
